On behalf of our client, an international fund management company, we are looking for a “Teamleiter Fund Accounting – PE (m/f/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Conducting Officer for Finance and Accounting in corporate accounting
- Compilation of annual financial statements in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles of Luxembourg
- Leading and overseeing the daily operations of two experienced Fund Accountants as well as reviewing the work performed by them
- Supervision and execution of monthly calculations for Net Asset Value (NAV)
- Coordination and preparation of regulatory reports to the relevant authorities
- Maintenance of financial records for specific funds
- Filing of tax declarations
- Monitoring compliance with accounting standards and pertinent regulations
- Examination and creation of notifications related to cash flows and statements of capital accounts
Your profile:
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance or Business
- 5 years experience in the financial industry especially in the field of fund accounting
- Very good knowledge of Luxembourg CSSF and applicable accounting regulations
- Understanding of the fund industry ideally at a central administrator
- Fluency in English and German
- Analytical and communication skills, challenging mindset as well as detail oriented
