NAV Tax and Reporting Officer (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a prestigious company in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “NAV Tax and Reporting Officer (m/f/d)”.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation and publication of analyses of tax calculations (Germany, Belgium, etc.)

• Production of daily tax figures in accordance with regulations applicable in countries where funds (UCITS and AIFs) are distributed

• Preparation of the final packages (DDI)

• Responsible for coordination with third parties: Certifiers and auditors, data providers (WM Daten, FundSquare, OeKB) and other SG services (EFS, FSO and Tax HUB)

• Maintaining the scope of fund taxation to be calculated and instructing the competent supervisory authorities on payment for each institutional client

• Consideration of fund events and their impact on taxation (distribution, merger, reopening of tax, etc.)

• Distribution invoice and instructions for payment and FA processing

• Implementation of the new functions of the SCD control module and updating of the settings of the daily control instrument

• ECB, AWV and OCF Reporting or calculation

Your profile:

• Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• At least 3-5 years of experience in international corporate and investment fund taxation

• Familiar with regulatory reporting, operational taxes and accounting

• Good knowledge of OPC accounting tools (e.g. GP3, SIMCORP)

• Fluency in German and English and basic knowledge of French is mandatory
