NAV Supervision and Oversight Officer (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a multi-category bank in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “NAV Supervi- sion and Oversight Officer (m/f/d)”.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reviewing the fund accounting activities to ensure accurate NAV calculation and reporting
• Implementing KYC processes for onboarding of new custodians
• Handling the coordination of annual audits and periodic reviews with fund auditors
• Performing 2nd level of control on NAV deliverables to analyze NAV impacts and exceptions
• Calculating and booking of subscriptions and redemptions for special funds
• Monitoring reconciliations of claims from withholding tax payments with custodians
• Performing the tax reporting
• Responsible for processing and booking of complex target fund distributions and reinvestments for special investment funds and mutual funds

Your profile:

• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in fund accounting (UCITS)
• Good knowledge of the accounting standards and Simcorp Dimension software
• Familiar with activities and investment products related to investment funds
• Ability to manage ad hoc requests and internal deadlines
• Fluency in English and German as well as basic knowledge of French is a required
