German Speaking Accounting Manager – PE / RE (m/f/d) 

On behalf of our client, a successful service provider in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “German Speaking Accounting Manager – PE / RE (m/f/d)”.

Your responsibilities: 

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting of Luxembourg-based holding companies within Private Equity and Real Estate structures 
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients regarding all accounting, reporting, and regulatory matters
• Preparing and reviewing annual financial statements in accordance with Lux GAAP and IFRS 
• Preparing consolidated financial statements under Lux GAAP and/or IFRS 
• Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of periodic financial reports 
• Coordinating with external tax advisors regarding VAT and corporate tax filings 
• Leading the preparation of and participating in client, board, and shareholder meetings 
• Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of (Senior) Accountants 
• Liaising closely with auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel 
• Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards

Your profile: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or corporate services in Luxembourg, ideally with leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS, including consolidated financial reporting
• Solid understanding of Private Equity, Real Estate structures, and securitization vehicles
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
