On behalf of our client, a consultancy service provider, we are looking for a “Cross- Functional Accounting Expert (m/f/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
- Review and execution of capital calls and distribution
- Performance of high-quality accounting at both, SPV and fund levels
- Responsible for the accurate preparation of annual financial statements
- Application of Lux GAAP, IFRS, German GAAP and other GAAPs, including financial reporting, consolidation and GAAP adjustments
- Depending on mandate: working on-site at client premises
- Overview of transactions throughout any stage of the strucutre ́s lifecycle (acquisition, holding, etc.)
- Management of accounting-related topics as well as audit processes
- Participation in the implementation of new structures
Your profile:
- Bachelor ́s or Master ́s degree in accounting, economics or finance or a similar qualification
- At least 8 years of working experience within the Luxembourg fund industry, Big4 considered as strong asset
- Very good knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP, other GAAPs highly preferable
- CFA, ACCA/FCCA, CAIA or IRE qualifications considered a strong asset
- Strong controlling and monitoring expertise of multi-layer structures
- Expertise in SAP, BOB50 and/or YARDI are considered an asset
- Fluency in German and English, French would be an advantage
