CANER ENÜL
(MANAGING DIRECTOR DEXTER INTERNATIONAL S.À R.L.)

Caner Enül ist Partner und Managing Director von Dexter International S.à r.l. in Luxemburg. Er hat eine Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb hochwertiger Produkte und schloss seine Ausbildung zum Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann erfolgreich ab. Zudem hat er einen B.Sc. in Betriebswirtschaft von der Fachhochschule Dortmund. Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei Dexter International sammelte er Erfahrungen im Marketing und Vertrieb bei BMW und Bertelsmann. Er war International Tax Advisor bei KPMG Luxemburg und stieg dann bei Alceda Fund Management zum Manager – Product Administration auf. Bei Dexter leitet er nun sein eigenes Expertenteam und bringt Kunden und Kandidaten in der Finanzbranche erfolgreich zusammen.

Caner Enül speaks Kurdish, German, English and Turkish.

Sanam Motiee
(Owner & Founder of Dexter International)

Sanam Motiee is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dexter International, with offices in Germany and Luxembourg. Her long-standing presence in the financial industry includes successful collaborations with renowned clients and business leaders. She places great emphasis on sustainable partnerships characterised by personal contact, professionalism and discretion. Her six companies have been providing headhunting, asset management and real estate services for over a decade, specialising in the German and English speaking financial sector.

Sanam Motiee discovered her passion for finance while studying Information and Science Management at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. She gained her first experience in consulting at Deloitte and refined her knowledge as a Principle Consultant at a recruitment agency in London.

Her successful career in recruitment led to the founding of the Dexter International Group in Frankfurt in 2011. With several Dexter companies, including Dexter International S.à r.l. in Luxembourg, she implements high quality standards for recruitment.

Sanam Motiee speaks fluent German, English and Persian.

MAXIMILIAN SCHNEYINK
(PARTNER)

Maximilian Schneyink is a Partner in the team at Dexter International S.à r.l. He started his career in Luxembourg in 2017 and gained his first practical experience as a Client Relationship Manager in the financial world two years later.

He later became a Financial Recruiter at Dexter and his excelled in leadership, led to his promotion to Team Leader and later Partner.

Maximilian Schneyink is a certified Business Economist and Industrial Clerk. His expertise enables him to advise clients in the Luxembourg financial labour market. His top priority is to successfully serve employers and job candidates.

He is fluent in German and English.
