(Senior) Structuring Specialist Real Assets (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a bank, we are looking for a “(Senior) Structuring Specialist Real Assets (m/f/d)” for their offices in Luxembourg. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Manage the launch and structuring of Luxembourg (including SIFs, RAIFs, and unregulated AIFs) and German (Special AIF) investment funds, primarily across the asset classes Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, and Infrastructure
  • Coordinate and prepare fund documentation in close collaboration with fund sponsors and other key stakeholders
  • Act as the primary contact for the onboarding of fund sponsors and coordinate with internal departments throughout the fund launch process
  • Oversee amendments to fund documentation as well as fund migrations, mergers, and liquidations
  • Manage and coordinate regulatory approval processes with the relevant supervisory authorities, including the CSSF and BaFin
  • Coordinate fund distribution registrations in European and international markets and ensure ongoing compliance with distribution requirements
  • Contribute to the implementation of regulatory initiatives and cross-functional projects

Your profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field, or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience with a management company, bank, law firm, audit firm or other financial services provider
  • Strong understanding of the requirements of fund sponsors and investors, with the ability to advise on suitable fund structures
  • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg and German fund structures and their full lifecycle
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
