On behalf of our client, a successful investment management company in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Junior Investment Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d)”.
Your responsibilities:
- Cooperation with internal teams and participate in collaborative projects across teams and regions
- Strategic and financial analysis of real estate investments and acquisitions
- Forecasting fund performance and risk metrics
- Conducting budget planning and cash flow analysis using portfolio models
- Examination and interpretation of fund performance results
- Creating and submitting quarterly fund analytics and AIFM reporting packages
- Overseeing and improving reporting systems and workflows
- Providing data and analytics support for equity fundraising
- Data delivery for industry benchmarks (e.g. INREV, MSCI)
- Managing data integrity and analytics for tenancy schedules, valuations, debt, and financial metrics
Your profile:
- 1–3 years’ relevant experience (incl. internships); finance/data/reporting background an asset
- Bachelor or master´s degree in data science or related field
- Fluent in English; any other language is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Power Platform & databases
- Basic knowledge of real estate and financial principles (e.g. IRR, DCF, NOI)
- Familiar with performance analysis and attribution methods
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
