On behalf of our client, an international real estate company based in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Junior Corporate Governance Officer (m/f/d)”.
Your responsibilities:
- Reviewing KYC documentation and supporting with AML/KYC onboarding and review processes
- Assisting in FATCA/CRS documentation processes
- Responsible for RCS and RBE fillings
- Drafting shareholder and board resolutions and other corporate documents
- Contact person for auditors and other stakeholders regarding corporate and legal matters
- Preparing legal documentation for corporate changes and restructurings
Your profile:
- Bachelor´s degree in Corporate Law, Business Administration or equivalent
- 0-2 years of professional experience in corporate administration, compliance, AML/KYC or a related field
- Real Estate knowledge is considered as an asset
- Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of German would be an advantage, and any other language is considered as an asset
