German Speaking HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, an audit company, we are looking for a “German Speaking HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)” for their offices in Luxembourg. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the accuracy of the salaries calculated as well as checking the integrity oft he calculation
• Overall management of the payroll process of your client portfolio and the quality ofthe service provided
• Contact person for external parties
• Handling the setup of your client´s employment contracts, the registration and declaration of their employees at the competent authorities

Your profile:

• DUT, BTS or Bachelor´s degree
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in payroll in Luxembourg
• Knowledge of labor law, salary calculation, payroll tax and social security
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Fluency in German and English are essential, French and Luxembourgish are considered an asset
