On behalf of our client, an audit company, we are looking for a “German Speaking HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)” for their offices in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accuracy of the salaries calculated as well as checking the integrity oft he calculation
- Overall management of the payroll process of your client portfolio and the quality ofthe service provided
- Contact person for external parties
- Handling the setup of your client´s employment contracts, the registration and declaration of their employees at the competent authorities
Your profile:
- DUT, BTS or Bachelor´s degree
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in payroll in Luxembourg
- Knowledge of labor law, salary calculation, payroll tax and social security
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English are essential, French and Luxembourgish are considered an asset
