On behalf of our client, an alternative investment service provider, we are looking for a “Legal Counsel (m/f/d) ” for their office in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing projects in respect of real estate and private equity transaction-related administration (incl. preparation and review of documents, managing fund flows and preparation of minutes)
- Coordination of board and shareholder meetings, preparation and review of board packs
- Participation in the daily administration of the Fund Sponsor’s Luxembourg entities
- Proactive problem-solving using technical expertise and common-sense
- Management and control of Luxembourg and local service providers
- Attendance at shareholder and board meetings
- Presenting information and respond to questions from manager clients
Your profile:
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory regimes applicable to Luxembourg funds and SPVs
- Ability to write minutes, reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals at asset and fund level
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Luxembourg funds or corporate transactions
- Fluency in English, other languages (e.g. German or French) are an advantage
