Sanam Motiee is the founder und CEO of Dexter International GmbH.

Dexter International was founded by Sanam Motiee in March 2013. Ms Motiee studied Information and Knowledge Management (Dipl.-Informationswirtin) at Darmstadt University of Applied Science and was able to gain initial experience as a student trainee with Deloitte Consulting during her degree. Work took her to London, where she found employment with an international recruitment agency and discovered her enthusiasm for recruitment. Ms Motiee then decided to combine her ideas and quality standards with her passion and founded Dexter International.

Sanam Motiee also became a Partner at Dexter International S.à r.l. in January 2020.

Sanam Motiee attaches a great deal of importance to establishing a long-term, sustainable partnership with both her clients and the candidates. Personal contact, which is the distinguishing feature of her boutique company, is always the priority here.

Caner Enül is a Partner and Managing Director at Dexter International S.a r.l. since January 2020.

Before he started at Dexter International, Caner was working as Advisor at KPMG Luxembourg and as Manager – Product Administration at Alceda. Due to his professional career, he was able to gain in-depth knowledge of the financial sector in Luxembourg.

Caner has successfully completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant and additionally holds a Bachelor in Marketing and Supply Chain Management degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund.
During his studies and apprenticeship, he was able to gain initial experience in Sales and was also completing an internship in Marketing and Sales during his studies.

Due to his many years of experience on the Luxembourg financial market and his industry knowledge, he has a deep understanding of today’s recruitment and staffing requirements and therefore has a great advantage over his competitors.

His native language is Kurdish, but he is also fluent in German, English and Turkish.
