On behalf of our client, a successful asset manager, we are looking for a “Team Lead – Legal Department (m/f/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
- Main contact for the CSSF in view of obtaining the regulatory approvals
- Supporting internal teams on a range of regulatory, legal, corporate and contractual matters
- Reviewing and interpreting legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the company ́s business
- Drafting fund and legal documentation as well as distribution agreements
- Participation in preliminary fund structuring discussions to determine an appropriate structure for a specific project
- Setting-up amendments and liquidations of investment funds
- Assisting in cross border topics and acting as member of the Management Committee
Your profile:
- University degree in Law
- At least 8 years of experience in a Luxembourg law firm or another management entity in fund law
- Excellent language skills in English; French or German would be an asset
- Experienced in managing files independently on a daily basis
