On behalf of our client, a fund management company in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Senior Risk Officer (m/f/d)”.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily risk monitoring
- Performing the initial and periodic due diligence on brokers as well fund service providers
- Responsibility for the assessment and management of risks in relation to UCITS and AlF/RAIF (e.g. market, liquidity, credit, counterparty, investment compliance, operational, tax as well as ESG/sustainability/greenwashing risks)
- Updating PRIIP KIDs, operational risk matrix and fund risk profiles
- Acting as support to the Head of Risk with the regulatory reporting to the CSSF
- Reporting to the risk and management committee
Your profile:
- 3-5 years of working experience in the Luxembourg fund industry with a focus on risk management
- Former experience as Risk Officer (CSSF authorized) would be an advantage
- Strong people management experience
- Fluency in English is a must; German, French or any additional language would be an asset
- Good command of MS Excel and VBA
