Payments Specialist (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a service provider in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Payments Specialist (m/f/d)”.

Your responsibilities:

• Taking care of all payment deliverables including policies and deadlines are met
• Focusing on the administration of client’s holding companies and fund structures under the direction of a client relationship manager
• Identifying areas of process improvement and discuss with line manager to implement the same
• Preparing analysis and proactively handling the billing process
• Implementing new banking systems and coordinating new bank accounts openings
• Supervising and coaching the team of payment officers
• Managing bank accounts of the client to adhere positive balances

Your profile:

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Excellent in English, German, French or any other European language would be an advantage
• Good understanding of the administration of holding companies as well as limited partnerships
• Advanced computer literacy skills are necessary
• Experience with the general banking experience
