On behalf of our client, a service provider in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Manager Depositary Department (m/f/d)”.
Your responsibilities:
- Overviewing the depositary checklist output delivered by a team of direct and indirect reports to meet all operating procedures, policies and guidelines
- Providing support and assisting the team manager in daily operations
- Implementing regular client reporting
- Monitoring the operational and financial performance of the team
- Handling day-to-day client relationships for a portfolio of depositary clients to ensure that high levels of service are observed
- Supervising and leading a small team as well as managing their performance
Your profile:
- Bachelor ́s or Master ́s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- At least 4-6 years administration or fund accountancy experience supported by a professional qualification (ICSA, ACA or ACCA)
- Fluency in English, German or French would be an advantage
- Willingness to interpret domestic and EU regulations as well as legislation
- Experience with client relationships
