Manager – Compliance Department (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a service provider in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Manager – Compliance Department (m/f/d)”.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the Head of Compliance in the achievement of strategic objectives and the completion of the tasks assigned to the compliance analysts
• Managing the daily compliance activities including the monitoring and reporting
• Identifying potential regulatory issues and work with the business to develop solutions and enhance the compliance control environment
• Participation in ad hoc compliance projects
• Conducting compliance tasks in relation to AML/CTF subjects, Luxembourg alternative investment funds (“AIFs”) and corporate services
• Assisting in all areas of regulatory compliance

Your profile:

• University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Law or other relevant subjects or professional qualification
• At least 5 years ́ experience in a compliance position in the financial services sector in Luxembourg
• Fluency in English, German or French would be an asset
• Understanding of implementing compliance activities within a financial services company, in relation to AML/CTF subjects, Luxembourg alternative investment funds (“AIFs”) and corporate services
• Knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory requirements is necessary
