Corporate Accountant (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, an international real estate company based in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Corporate Accountant (m/f/d)”.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of IFRS adjustments to the local GAAP before consideration in the consolidation workflow
• Creation of quarterly and annual Luxembourg AIFM as well as tier entity consolidation reporting
• Maintain general ledger chart of accounts and reconcile inter-company accounts
• Participation in the preparation of monthly liquidity reports for the AIFM and fund(s)
• Review payment entries for all Luxembourg entities for costs, taxes and intercompanyaccounts
• Contact person for auditors regarding all matters
• Overview quarterly accounting data delivered from the local accountant at Real Estate investment level

Your profile:

• Bachelor ́s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Around 2 years of professional experience in the industry within a public accounting firm or an international outlook
• Real Estate knowledge is considered as an asset
• Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of German would be an advantage, and any other language is considered as an asset
