Our client, a real estate investment company in Luxembourg, is looking for a permanent “Transactions and Banking Director (m/f/d)“.
Your responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new commercial banks, implementing and evaluating innovations in bank account management
- Managing the relationship with banking partners
- Steering electronic processes in banking (e.g. improving the structure, customizing of accounts)
- Focussing on AML/KYC processes and opening when conducting the management of bank accounts
- Oversight and control of account payable and management of payments
- Leading a team of employees
- Ensuring the operationality of the interface between the ERP system and bank accounts
- Developing the implementation of authorization concepts
- Pushing the optimazation in terms of quality assurance and efficiency forward through digitalization and automatization
Your profile:
- Completed Bachelor or Master in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent level of English and German
- Experience in bank account management, payments and accounting
- Previous working experience at an accounting firm or bank or at an investment manager
- Excellent ability to work in a team and to communicate
- High level of flexibility and resilience as well as good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
