On behalf of our client, an Alternative Investment Manager in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Senior Legal & Compliance Officer (m/f/d)”.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting the legal and corporate requirements of the real estate portfolio
- Establishing timely hand over of post-closing for new deals and the required legal framework until disposal
- Point of contact for European management, internal management, service providers and other teams of the company
- Reviewing accuracy of legal documents
- Organisation of board meetings, board minutes and RCS filings
- Maintaining the company database
Your profile:
- 3 – 5 years of work experience in a similar role in Luxembourg
- Experience with corporate governance framework in Luxembourg and working together with lawyers, auditors, notaries and service providers
- Prior experience with Luxembourgish RCS and board meeting organization
- Experience with open-ended fund will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office standard applications
- Fluency in English, any other language will be considered as an asset
