Office Administrator (m/f) CDD

On behalf of our client, a real estate investment company, we are hiring an “Office Administrator” in a temporary employment for 1 year.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the incoming / outgoing post and any administrative tasks
  • Filing of contracts and other relevant documents
  • Filing of supplier and tenant guarantees
  • Assisting with secretarial tasks
  • KYC
  • Ensure administrative tasks
  • Entering of master data in IMS
  • Contact person for lawyers and notaries regarding legalization of documents
  • Preparation of VISA expense claims
  • Maintenance of the contract database
  • Organizing team events and travel arrangements
  • Onboarding of new team members


Your profile:

  • Your are Fluent in German and English
  • Very good communication skills / Team player
  • Responsible and proactive attitude are a must
  • Experience in Company Secretarial would be preferred
