On behalf of our client, an alternative investment service provider, we are looking for an “(Assistant) Manager Accounting (m/f/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
- Being in charge of the accounting, governance, reporting and transfer agency functions
- Mentoring and coaching a team of accountans and administrators
- Responsible for the delivery of accounting, reporting and fiscal compliance services to SPV & fund clients
- Overviewing a client serving team
- Being responsible for the satisfaction of clients
- Acting as a director of SPVs and funds
- Being part of marketing and business development activities (e.g. prospective client pitches)
- Managing a portfolio of client relationships
Your profile:
- University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Holding a relevant accounting qualification, such as ACA/ACCA
- Knowledge of the regulatory and legal regimes applicable to Luxembourg PFS and Luxembourg SPVs & funds
- Strong experience in IFRS and local GAAP
- Motivated, dynamic team player and eager to learn
- Fluency in English, knowledge in German or French will be considered a plus
