For our client, a prestigious real estate investment company in Luxembourg, we are looking for an “Analyst Legal & Compliance (m/f/d)”.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the legal and compliance team in various functions
- Managing your own portfolio of real estate projects and keeping track of all legal and corporate requirements
- Providing a solid transfer after the closing of new deals and their following legal and corporate life cycle up to the divestment process
- Checking and monitoring the correctness of legal documents
- Coordinating board meetings and taking minutes
- Maintain organized, neat and repeatable storage, filing and scanning of all documents
Your Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal /corporate environment in Luxembourg
- Outstanding communication skills
- BAC or comparable
- Routine handling of the MS Office package
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language will be considered an asset
