{"id":8208,"date":"2026-06-29T09:26:12","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T09:26:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dexter-international.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=8208"},"modified":"2026-06-29T09:28:39","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T09:28:39","slug":"senior-structuring-specialist-real-assetsm-f-d","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/dexter-international.com\/en\/jobs\/senior-structuring-specialist-real-assetsm-f-d\/","title":{"rendered":"(Senior) Structuring Specialist Real Assets (m\/f\/d)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On behalf of our client, a bank, we are looking for a \u201c(Senior) Structuring Specialist Real Assets (m\/f\/d)\u201d for their offices in Luxembourg.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your responsibilities:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the launch and structuring of\u00a0Luxembourg (including SIFs, RAIFs, and unregulated AIFs) and German (Special AIF) investment funds, primarily across the asset classes\u00a0Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, and Infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate and prepare fund documentation in close collaboration with fund sponsors and other key stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the primary contact for the onboarding of fund sponsors and coordinate with internal departments throughout the fund launch process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee amendments to fund documentation as well as fund migrations, mergers, and liquidations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and coordinate regulatory approval processes with the relevant supervisory authorities, including the\u00a0CSSF\u00a0and\u00a0BaFin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate fund distribution registrations in European and international markets and ensure ongoing compliance with distribution requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the implementation of regulatory initiatives and cross-functional projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field, or an equivalent professional qualification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Several years of relevant professional experience with a management company, bank, law firm, audit firm or other financial services provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of the requirements of\u00a0fund sponsors and investors, with the ability to advise on suitable fund structures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid knowledge of Luxembourg and German fund structures and their full lifecycle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in German and English is a must<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are interested in this position and meet the job requirements of our client, please forward your CV + salary expectations to&nbsp;careers@dexter-international.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We look forward to hearing from you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your Dexter Team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On behalf of our client, a bank, we are looking for a \u201c(Senior) Structuring Specialist Real Assets (m\/f\/d)\u201d for their offices in Luxembourg.\u00a0 Your responsibilities:&nbsp; Your profile: If you are interested in this position and meet the job requirements of our client, please forward your CV + salary expectations to&nbsp;careers@dexter-international.com.
