On behalf of our client, a service provider in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Manager Financial Reporting (m/f/d)”.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of reporting and accounting deliverables of the complex parts of clients portfolios
- Participation in board meetings
- Supervising the audit process for all clients within the team
- Assisting with the review of accounting deliverables like statutory financial statements, investor reports and periodic management accounts
- Leading the appraisal process for reporting lines as well as acting as higher authority on daily accounting queries
- Monitoring company guidelines and policies to ensure high quality service toexternal contacts and clients
- Taking care of the reporting deadlines from the whole team
- Mentoring financial reporting managers and assisting in the training of the staff
Your profile:
- Bachelor ́s or Master ́s degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 7 years of experience in the accounting field and 4 years of practical real estate fund accounting
- Professional qualification (ACA or ACCA) is an advantage
- Strong people management experience
- Fluency in English and German
- Spreadsheet skills, word processing and computer literacy are essential
