On behalf of our client, a successful full-service provider we are hiring a “Global Director of Brand Renewal Operations (m/f/d)”.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the balance sheet and service ́s P&L
- Acting as an ambassador for the group and its core values across the group structure and external stakeholders
- Reviewing and adapting the service ́s growth strategy
- Implement a culture of innovation in the team about solution/product specifications, processes and technology and drive product development
- Anticipate and report on managerial and operational risks
- Handling the quality management by monitoring KPIs, performance objectives and OKRs
- Actively collaborate across the internal structure to capitalize on cross-selling and technological innovation as well as advantages of scale
- Developing relationships with customers and other stakeholders to engineer complex yet reliable B2B solutions
Your profile:
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in senior management positions, ideally in the IP or legal sector
- Good understanding of customer servicing needs as well as familiarity with IP management systems
- Experienced in building and developing high-performance, multi-location and multi-cultural teams
- Availability to travel worldwide
- Fluency in English is mandatory, every other language is considered as an asset
